Render explainer film A, 'The note is the diagram', at full resolution in three aspects from the storyboard job's own pipeline. Read marketing/explainer/BRIEF-A.md and the storyboard (supplied as an input at .imd/reads/artifacts/storyboard; the same plan is marketing/explainer/film-a/plan.py, render.py and check.py in this repository, which produced the storyboard's 640x360 animatic). Run render.py for 16x9, 1x1 and 9x16 with --music marketing/explainer/anthem/explainer-anthem.wav, at full size, and judge the result on decoded contact sheets: fine engraving must not shimmer during the push or the rosette collapse (raise the supersampling or the pre-scale if it does), the blink frames must read, and no caption may sit over the portrait's face. marketing/explainer/RENDER-NOTES.md records the decisions already taken on the storyboard's open items: the end card is used unchanged, kicker a5, caption durations count their fades. You may fix pipeline bugs and tune encode settings; you may not redesign shots, change times, or generate anything with an image or video model. The poster is the frame at 22.500 s (the stamp landing). Timing contract: 40.000 s at 30 fps, 1200 frames; HIT at frame 1095 = 36.500 s (two ivory frames, then the end card to 40.000 s); the music is marketing/explainer/anthem/explainer-anthem.wav from this repository, used from time zero with no gain change, fade or re-timing (it is mastered, its hit is at 36.500 and it is silent by 39.900). Outputs: 1920x1080, 1080x1080 and 1080x1920, H.264 yuv420p High, AAC 48 kHz, +faststart, exactly 40.000 s, plus a 1920x1080 poster PNG. Check every file with ffprobe (codec, frame count, durations, the cut at 36.500) and redo any that fails. Do not change the timing, the captions, the layers or the end cards; every word on screen stays what the plates and lettered layers carry. The README records the measured durations, cut times, render settings, and any limitation.
