Publish a static site VERBATIM: a byte-for-byte mirror of files that already exist. Do not write, redesign, reformat, minify, re-encode or 'improve' anything. Download index.html, seats.json, MANIFEST.json, img/index.json, fonts/index.json, every file named in img/index.json (into dist/img/) and every file named in fonts/index.json (into dist/fonts/), keeping the same relative paths under dist/. MANIFEST.json maps each relative path to its sha256; after downloading, verify every file against it and stop and report any mismatch instead of substituting content. Make exactly THREE changes, all inside the single line of index.html that starts with `const CONFIG =`, and nowhere else: (1) the text `preview: true` becomes `preview: false`; (2) the text `contract: ""` becomes `contract: "0x765956a7307222346b08fff681820a5d77e92028"`; (3) the text `start: 0` becomes `start: 1791810000`. Nothing else changes anywhere: do not edit, trim or regenerate img/index.json, fonts/index.json or any other file. Write dist/MANIFEST-PUBLISHED.txt listing each file with the sha256 of what you placed in dist/ (index.html will differ from MANIFEST.json only by the edits named above; every other file must match exactly). No build step, no framework, no extra pages, no analytics, no README inside dist/. The page's scripts, meta tags, fonts and external RPC calls are intentional and must be left as they are.
