Cut the 10 second launch video for imdusd.com. Follow the supplied storyboard (.imd/reads/artifacts/storyboard) and marketing/kit/BRIEF.md, with the changes below. The stills are REVISED versions of the plates the storyboard planned against, in marketing/kit/plates/ of this repository: note-master.png (the flat note at its native 3264x1400, now lettered), note-front-16x9.png, note-front-1x1.png, portrait-detail.png, and blink-075/050/025/000.png. The portrait oval's size and position on the note are unchanged (marketing/the-note/note.js), so the storyboard's composite geometry holds; build the composite from note-master.png rather than upscaling the 1920 plate, and recompute the inlay scale for it. The blink is storyboard section 5c, now rendered: blink-NNN.png are portrait-detail.png with the eyes NNN percent open, same canvas and inlay position. Use them with the storyboard's k(T) timing (closed at 5.92 s) instead of 5a or 5b. AUDIO: use marketing/music/imdusd-anthem.wav from the repository, not the stings the storyboard names. It is 10.000 s, 48 kHz stereo, its hit lands at exactly 6.500 s (a sword scrape leads into it from 6.34 s; cut on 6.500, not on the scrape), and it is mastered (peak -1 dBFS): do not re-normalise or fade it. End cards: marketing/kit/endcard/endcard-1920x1080.png and endcard-1080x1080.png, used unchanged. The storyboard is at .imd/reads/artifacts/storyboard. Cut to the end card at exactly 6.500 s (ivory flash, two frames), held to 10.0 s. Produce launch-16x9.mp4 (1920x1080) and launch-1x1.mp4 (1080x1080), 10.0 s at 30 fps, H.264 yuv420p, AAC, +faststart, plus poster-16x9.png and poster-1x1.png (the frame at 3.0 s). Check codec, duration and cut time with ffprobe and redo any file that fails. The README records duration, dimensions, the measured cut time and any limitation.
