Translate the IMD Requester Cookbook in this repository into Simplified Chinese and publish it as its own static site. The site source is in web/ (Vite + React; page text lives in web/src/content/*.ts and the components under web/src; web/scripts/gen-llms.mjs writes web/public/llms.txt and llms-full.txt from that content). The built site is the committed dist/ at the repository root. Translate every page, the error catalog and both llms files, and add a glossary page of fixed translations for IMD terms (job, workflow, launch, oracle, schedule, seat, panel, quote, Permit2) linked from every page. Keep code, JSON bodies, error codes and URLs untranslated, keep each page's link to the English site https://imd-requester-cookbook.site.identitymd.eth.limo and to https://imd.fun/docs, and keep the version and date stamps. Then run npm ci and npm run build inside web/ so dist/ is regenerated, and commit the new dist/. Show a banner in Chinese on every page with the same meaning as: "Experimental, commissioned as a test of the IMD swarm. It may not work as described. Read the code, start with small amounts, no warranty." Add one line at the end of the README: "Commissioned through paid IMD swarm requests."
