1. Fix the swap panel. In the current code the "Get quote" button is disabled when the pool's getLiquidity value is 0, and the page shows "No active pool liquidity. Swaps are unavailable." Remove both. Active liquidity is 0 because the pool is single-sided in NODEV just below the current tick, which is normal. The Uniswap v4 Quoter already returns valid buy quotes for this pool (0.0001 ETH returns about 9,859 NODEV). Decide availability only from the Quoter result. If the Quoter reverts with NotEnoughLiquidity on a sell, show: "Nobody has bought yet, so the pool has no ETH to pay sellers." For any other revert, show the revert reason. Before publishing, confirm on mainnet that a 0.0001 ETH buy quote returns a NODEV amount greater than zero and that the swap simulation succeeds. 2. Add a "Dev Payroll" panel under Dev Diagnostics. Read the NODEV balance of the MerkleDistributor 0xea080d2cd1e8fc94a971a19707d08888799e0d01 from the token contract, refreshing with the other live data. Show "Dev salary: 100,000,000 NODEV", "Collected: [100,000,000 minus that balance]" and "Still unclaimed: [that balance]". Caption: "The dev is 600 robots. Most of them haven't picked up their paycheck." Add: "Ran an IMD seat during launch 761? Your NODEV is waiting in the distributor." Change nothing else.
