Swarm Fund ($SF): univ4_hook launch on Ethereum mainnet (chainId 1), paired with IMD 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7. TOKEN. Name Swarm Fund, symbol SF, 1e9 supply, 18 decimals, plain fixed ERC20: no owner, mint, pause or upgrade. Factory split 10% swarm / 90% launcher; poolBps 9000 of the launcher share seeds the pool, the remainder goes to the paying wallet. HOOK (beforeSwap + afterSwap). Extra 2.0% fee on every buy and sell, taken in IMD, on top of the factory 1.25% pool fee. 100% of it goes to SwarmFundTreasury in the same path, never to LPs, stakers or the team. The factory 1% launcher fee is not routed to the treasury. TREASURY (non-upgradeable). Holds IMD and bought project tokens; no EOA withdrawal. It acts only on: (1) daily buys from a verified EIP-712 IMD ranking (v4-volume-rank style; anyone may submit it; the list must be at most 36h old), executed as TWAP chunks over about 24h; (2) graduation sells when a project passes the market-cap ceiling: permissionless, slow over weeks, proceeds back to the treasury, preferring the New bucket; (3) receiving fees and sale proceeds. No signed list that day = hold. Buckets of the day's IMD budget: Leaders 40% (top 5 by 28-day median volume, split by volume); Risers 35% (under the ceiling, ranked by volume growth = this 28-day ranking vs the previous one, per-project cap); New 25% (IMD launches 14 to 42 days old, equal split). Filters: IMD-launched and admitted, IMD-paired, at least 14 days old, minimum liquidity, not deny-listed, not launched by the $SF launching wallet. Anti-gaming: 28-day median, each buy capped against pool liquidity, multi-day TWAP. GOVERNANCE. SF stakers vote only within hard-coded caps on bucket shares, the ceiling and deny-list additions. Owner (paying wallet): deny-list additions behind a delay of at least 24h, fees and buckets within caps, pause new buys. The owner can never withdraw treasury funds, mint SF, buy outside the rules or pay holders. Holders get votes and future app perks (a stub is fine); no profit share, redemption or treasury buyback/burn. Not marketed as an investment. SAFETY. No contract calls transferFrom with a from address other than msg.sender or itself; swaps settle only through PoolManager.unlock with the contract's own funds. Check every external return value. No upgradeable proxies. LAUNCH.JSON. The previous run failed only here; follow IMD's manifest schema exactly and validate it before submitting: - every hook.constructorArgs value is a JSON string: numbers as decimal strings ("200", not 200), addresses lowercase, $owner and $contract:Name as given; - pool.pairedCurrency = "0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7" (lowercase); - pool.initialPrice = a decimal uint256 string in range, taken from the launch policy's IMD opening cap, never a hand-computed number that can overflow; - hook.contract and token.contract are contract names, hook.permissions is an array, notes is a string. Do not deploy, broadcast, pin or call RPCs yourself: IMD's launch service deploys from launch.json and hosts the dashboard. DELIVER. Foundry project; tests including invariants (the treasury pays out only into pool swaps; the hook fee goes only to the treasury); launch.json; a README noting that Spain/EU legal counsel is recommended before any marketing; and a public dashboard (holdings, buys and sells, last ranking, rules) at IPFS label swarm-fund.
